Marc R. Fishman:
Marc R. Fishman is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Additional services included complete property management and maintenance, including those in receivership and/or bank-owned property. General duties included tenant eviction, project management, and leasing vacant residential and commercial units in order to prepare the properties for sale. His ability to increase the rental revenue and decrease costs resulted in higher sale prices.
Marc has grown the residential rental agency side of Fishman Realty Group through his outstanding customer service and negotiating skills. Currently, Fishman Realty Group rental department is the leader in mid to high end condominium and home rentals in the Greater Portland area.
Commercial and investment real estate is Marc’s specialty. As a hands on property manager, rental agent, and REALTOR, Marc has the experience and skills to analyze performing versus non- or under performing properties. He has successfully negotiated over $100 million in commercial & investment sales and leases. Marc owns apartment and mixed use investment properties and strongly believes in the principals of Cash on Cash – Return on Income. He presently owns 60 units in his personal portfolio.
He is certified as an ECO-Broker, certified Energy SMART REALTOR and takes monthly continuing Real Estate education classes. Additionally, he is a member of Maine Commercial Assoc. of Realtors, Maine Real Estate & Developers Assoc. (MEREDA), and the Greater Portland Landlords Association.
Jessie Pinkham, a University of Maine alumni, started her real estate career back in 2005 in Denver. She moved to Boston in 2009 working for CB Richard Ellis. While working in Boston, she earned the RPA designation through BOMI and has achieved her LEED AP in Commercial Interiors through the USGBC. She moved back to Maine in 2013 and joined Fishman Realty Group and Keller Williams Realty. Jessie also heads the rental department at Fishman Realty working directly with prospective and current tenants and home owners on all facets of residential rentals, leasing and sales.
